Mark has looked after our heating system for many years and always does a great job. When our boiler tripped out our house electrics last week, he was quick to come and diagnose the problem, order a part and return to fix the problem and service the boiler.

Mark installed our boiler several years ago and we have always been pleased with the work he has carried out. He is very knowledgeable, tidy, punctual and always a pleasure to work with.

Mark has been coming to service, install and repair our boilers for the past 15 years. Mark is ALWAYS reliable, his pricing is honest (as low as possible!) and repairs and installations are completed to a very high standard. This time our old boiler was leaking. I e-mailed Mark on Sunday night, he came over on Monday, ordered replacement parts the same day and all was fixed soon after. Would I recommend him? Absolutely!

I contacted Mark for quite an urgent visit, he was very responsive and came to do some immediate investigative works. Unfortunately we needed a new boiler, which Mark was able to do in a timely manner. His communication was great, his advice was sound, he was professional and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use him again for any works on our house.

Mark was quick to respond to my message, he was friendly, conscientious and a pleasure to meet. Gas boiler service carried out, all as expected.
