  construction of the loft with a new roof, cladding, partitioning, all electrical installations, heating installations, a new bathroom.. I want to thank the team, who have proven how experienced and professional they are. I thank them for the new children's home, and I highly recommend them for their professionalism and incredible price.

  Partial reporinting and window silicone.

  Mario did an excellent job fixing the repointing where needed and replacing the silicone around my window. He came fully equipped, was punctual, and maintained great communication throughout the process. I’m very happy with his service and will definitely use it again in the future. Highly recommended!

  Knocking down a wall.

  The experience was very poor. The tradesman was very argumentative and made us feel very uncomfortable. Demonstrated very little patience.

  Unfortunately the things aren’t really like that, the customer had to do a full refurbish and he wanted to live there with his family.There has been children in the property and I just told him that I am sorry but I will not be able to take this project in this case.He said that he want’s to be with me when I do the work.Some work has been done by himself when I was there to see the property.I also told him that he needs to have council approval and he didn’t like that.To be rude with customers is not the way I do things because this is my work.I can’t do bad things just to please someone and to be afraid they will leave a negative review.I have been working very hard all of this years and all my customers know that my intention is always to help.Being rude as a trade with a potentially customer is not making sense.
