Unfortunately the things aren’t really like that, the customer had to do a full refurbish and he wanted to live there with his family.There has been children in the property and I just told him that I am sorry but I will not be able to take this project in this case.He said that he want’s to be with me when I do the work.Some work has been done by himself when I was there to see the property.I also told him that he needs to have council approval and he didn’t like that.To be rude with customers is not the way I do things because this is my work.I can’t do bad things just to please someone and to be afraid they will leave a negative review.I have been working very hard all of this years and all my customers know that my intention is always to help.Being rude as a trade with a potentially customer is not making sense.
