    Marben carried out some further work on our bungalow, including drying out and re-fixing floor tiles and plinths. The work was carried out on time, was very good quality and was in accordance with the estimate. I was kept informed of progress throughout and have no hesitation in recommending the firm.

    Good and reliable. Very helpful in planning the required works. High quality finish and nothing left outstanding. Particularly good at liaising by message and email as we lived a considerable distance from property. At short notice managed to bring forward finish time by 2 weeks when new tenant unexpectedly asked to start tenancy early. Thoroughly recommended.

    Mark led a skilled team of specialists and in-house trades. Some delays experienced due to extreme weather but excellent communication meant that we were always kept appraised. Fabulous work quality and excellent at keeping the site and inside works clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

    Mark and his team were reliable from the outset. Timeframes were given and kept to. Costings were transparent, itemised and documented. The work carried out was of a very high standard. Their attention to detail was fantastic. I have really felt that the guys cared about doing the best job possible for me. They found effective solutions to every problem that arose without fuss, keeping the whole project as stress-free and seamless as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough

    Kitchen Extension

    One word for Marben Construction EXCELLENT. Mark and his team built us a kitchen extension with a large terrace area. Construction started in August 2023 and from the start Mark explained everything in plain English what needed doing. They set to work working methodically, digging footings and clearing up any mess daily. The overall finished result is amazing. If you’re looking for a reliable conscientious team to do your building work choose Marben Construction. I will defiantly be using them on my next project.

We carry out damp proofing works and are accredited by Triton to undertake damp proofing installations.

We are now able to offer complete comprehensive groundworks and drainage service in-house and own all our plant equipment allowing us to meet the demands of each and every project. Piling services also available.

We now offer a fully comprehensive design and build service, in doing this we work closely with visionary architects' who really get the client’s idea’s and perception to create their vision, we work closely with building control to provide our clients with a complete service including planning applications ensuring our clients that they are working with the right contractor. We can offer structural engineer’s services including full structural survey’s and engineer’s calculations to provide for building regulations and approval.
