Good and reliable. Very helpful in planning the required works. High quality finish and nothing left outstanding. Particularly good at liaising by message and email as we lived a considerable distance from property. At short notice managed to bring forward finish time by 2 weeks when new tenant unexpectedly asked to start tenancy early. Thoroughly recommended.

Mark led a skilled team of specialists and in-house trades. Some delays experienced due to extreme weather but excellent communication meant that we were always kept appraised. Fabulous work quality and excellent at keeping the site and inside works clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Mark and his team were reliable from the outset. Timeframes were given and kept to. Costings were transparent, itemised and documented. The work carried out was of a very high standard. Their attention to detail was fantastic. I have really felt that the guys cared about doing the best job possible for me. They found effective solutions to every problem that arose without fuss, keeping the whole project as stress-free and seamless as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough

One word for Marben Construction EXCELLENT. Mark and his team built us a kitchen extension with a large terrace area. Construction started in August 2023 and from the start Mark explained everything in plain English what needed doing. They set to work working methodically, digging footings and clearing up any mess daily. The overall finished result is amazing. If you’re looking for a reliable conscientious team to do your building work choose Marben Construction. I will defiantly be using them on my next project.

A builder who does not come back for any issues with his work in less than a year since work was finished. Took the last payment but then ignored us since, I tried to call him about issues but got rude messages and ignored calls. This is totally unacceptable. Was patronising and rude when you disagreed with him and this should never be experienced as a customer, especially on big projects. Quality of work was good but given that he was more expensive than other quotes, I was disappointed and won't use again, any tradesman should be contactable for issues following work in a professional manner
