I feel the need to report this as I think people should know the truth, worst experience ever, 1st visit was poor and sloppy did not even check everywhere now second visit I had to cancel, I gave the guy an hours notice, which was the best I could give as I was told by 111, that I had to get my 4 Yr old to hospital within the next 2 hours. No care or remorse for my situation, or the well being for my 4 Yr old just that he was on his way and is going to charge us £75 for cancelling.
