Modest did an outstanding job with the wasp removal at my house. From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and reassuring. He responded quickly to my request, arrived on time, and explained the process before getting started. The removal was done safely and effectively, and he made sure to check for any remaining nests to prevent future issues. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he took to ensure everything was safe before leaving. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with a pest issue!

MA Pest Control was fantastic from start to finish. I had an urgent rat issue and they managed to fit me in the same day. Modest arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel reassured right away. He carried out the treatment efficiently and took the time to give me prevention tips as well. I appreciated how respectful and tidy he was while working in my home. Overall, excellent service, fast, friendly, and effective. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

Modest was great and sorted out our house moth infestation after two visits - as he advised.

I feel the need to report this as I think people should know the truth, worst experience ever, 1st visit was poor and sloppy did not even check everywhere now second visit I had to cancel, I gave the guy an hours notice, which was the best I could give as I was told by 111, that I had to get my 4 Yr old to hospital within the next 2 hours. No care or remorse for my situation, or the well being for my 4 Yr old just that he was on his way and is going to charge us £75 for cancelling. Now I'm £190 out of pocket and no service.
