Turned up in uniform. Polite, and helpful. Good introduction. Gave me his business card. Listened to my issues. Checked all areas i had issues. Showed me problem and then resolved it quickly and efficiently. As an extra freebie, poured acid down very limescale toilet an cleaned it. Job location: PO16Not the first time they have called to see us but as prompt and efficient as ever with friendly service. Toilet blocked again so took a bit of clearing but all done, no worries - we are happy.10 Blocked drain cleared
