What a relief to have our blocked drain sorted out. Thanks so much!

Chris came out next day and lifted a whole load of drain covers which cover the hamlet and then found the problem. His nose for blockages is built on many years of experience and he taught me about how our networked sewerage system was constructed. Genius. He rodded and solved the problem, but didn't just walk away. He checked every single drain to check they were clear before leaving. These guys are our go to drain / sewage problem solvers.

Turned up in uniform. Polite, and helpful. Good introduction. Gave me his business card. Listened to my issues. Checked all areas i had issues. Showed me problem and then resolved it quickly and efficiently. As an extra freebie, poured acid down very limescale toilet an cleaned it. Reassuring when i asked them questions and knowledgeable.

Not the first time they have called to see us but as prompt and efficient as ever with friendly service. Toilet blocked again so took a bit of clearing but all done, no worries - we are happy.

I called at 830am and the workman arrived before lunchtime as quoted. Very polite staff and within no time they sorted the problem. Highly recommended.
