  Mark from M&B recently completed some work in our home, which was done to an excellent standard. He was easy to deal with, clear in communication, very knowledgeable in making recommendations, and cleaned up afterwards leaving everything in good condition. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

  Single story rear extension and new patio

  The quote for the work was the middle of three. The final payment was on budget, with agreed variations from the original quote also met. The building work was of high quality and the builder was courteous and friendly, also providing welcome advice and ideas on how to improve the work. The builder was responsive when contacted and would return calls as quickly as possible. Overall a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend M & B Building Contractors

  New kitchen installation

  Mark and his team were all very friendly, personable and respectful. The work was done carried out to a high standard, and always left tidy at the end of the day. We are delighted with our lovely modern kitchen. Would recommend Mark to others .

  Factory knock out

  I used M&B building contractors to take down some internal walls and make good along with sorting the electrics as part of the job. Mark’s communication was great, keeping me updated every day with the progress. During the work we came across Asbestos and he helped finding a good contractor to complete the works. Really highly recommend

  Removing large boiler cupboard.

  From start to finish Mark has been professional, honest and hard working. Excellent communication before and during the job. All work has been carried out with minimal disruption and he has done a great job. Always leaving everything clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in hiring Mark again or recommending him to anyone.

  Conversion of Double Garage
