NEW CONVERTED GARAGE INTO BEDROOM. GREAT WORKMANSHIP. WOUKD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

The team worked hard to complete the work - re- plastering a room- within the agreed schedule. The end result was very good.

M & B Building Contractors - New Porch Fantastic workmanship from Mark and his team, their quality of work was fantastic, they worked fast and clean, very reliable and trustworthy. Overall extremely happy with the take down of the old porch and new footing and new one rebuilt , Looks great. We were recommended these guys from another local business who had used them, moving forward they will be our first choice of tradesman to call and will also be recommending them to any Landlords that may need work carried out. I personally wouldn’t recommend M&B. The quality of their works wasn’t great, and had to be snagged multiple times. The tiler had to be removed from the house, after despite having a working toilet & a portaloo, instead he chose to urinate in the middle of our garden. The grout in the bathroom is already cracking after only 4/5 months. Multiple chips / damage was caused in the bath tub, and I had to pay for a magic man to repair. Also, be sure to confirm if mark is painting the bathroom ceilings, as after he finished the bathrooms he then told me I had to paint the ceiling!
