Replaced sash windows in lounge and bedroom. All done on time and efficiently. Communication excellent from start to finish. Friendly, a pleasure to have in the house!

The company is managed by Phil, who came up himself yesterday to fix two problems with the sash windows in my bathroom and toilet. The two sash windows aren't that old, but would open by themselves in an unlocked position, and were extremely drafty, making the bathroom and toilet very cold. Phil fixed both problems really quickly and without fuss. I'd previously had two firms to fix the problems, but apparently, the problems were beyond them. If ever I've a problem with sash windows in the future, I hope that Phil will agree to look at the problem, and sort it.

Very satisfied with the work carried out by Manchester Sash Windows. Phil was attentive throughout the estimate/planning stage and took the time to understand the specifics of the property. The work was done on the date specified, and completed to a high standard. Phil and his colleague were prompt, efficient and tidy throughout despite the appalling weather!
