  Sash window problems fixed

  The company is managed by Phil, who came up himself yesterday to fix two problems with the sash windows in my bathroom and toilet. The two sash windows aren't that old, but would open by themselves in an unlocked position, and were extremely drafty, making the bathroom and toilet very cold. Phil fixed both problems really quickly and without fuss. I'd previously had two firms to fix the problems, but apparently, the problems were beyond them. If ever I've a problem with sash windows in the future, I hope that Phil will agree to look at the problem, and sort it.
