Overall good work and house is clean. Below par comms and over an hour late (part traffic and part error their side getting time wrong). Excellent Cleaning Service. I can't fault any of this cleaning done. My oven has turned to brand new, carpet spotless and all my home sparkles. I will definitely recommend and rebook soon. Thanks for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the experience. There was a miscommunication with the scope of the cleaning, the service booked and the price paid were for a regular clean not deep cleaning. We have emailed you a proposed resolution.
