I needed a one-off clean with guests coming to stay, so had to take a risk with a company I didn't know. Happily, Majestic were great and our cleaner was excellent. She was professional, knowledgeable and worked very hard to make our house really clean. I liked her balance of courtesy with clear, firm guidance to me on what she needed to do a good job. The cleaning was very thorough. The cleaning was good value too at £20/hour for a one-off. The company responded promptly to my initial enquiry, surveyed the job and gave me a competitive quotation.
