Very poor standard of domestic cleaning.
The worst professional cleaners we have ever used.
They are reliable with great communication but not worth the expense. A good proportion of the house was completely missed.
One staff member was sitting on the stairs, while the other hoovered, which is very frustrating as you’re paying the cleaners by the hour.

Thanks for your feedback, Tom. We're sorry the service did not meet your expectations. Prior to the visit, the booking was changed from the originally requested deep clean to a regular clean. Some of the concerns raised appear to reflect expectations of a deep clean rather than the revised service booked. Before our team left, the completed work was inspected and confirmed as satisfactory. Had any concerns been raised afterwards, we would have happily returned under our reclean policy. Despite this, we reduced the final invoice by £30 as a gesture of goodwill.
