Bad, would not recommend. Cleaner arrived not knowing they were due to do a deep clean, did not clean a lot of our home and left a lot of dirty areas.

The person assigned to our apartment, Shileh, does excellent work and cleans all the assigned areas very well. Extremely pleased with the attention to detail, service and promptness. Would love to onboard this company's services again in the future.

I needed a one-off clean with guests coming to stay, so had to take a risk with a company I didn't know. Happily, Majestic were great and our cleaner was excellent. She was professional, knowledgeable and worked very hard to make our house really clean. I liked her balance of courtesy with clear, firm guidance to me on what she needed to do a good job. The cleaning was very thorough. The cleaning was good value too at £20/hour for a one-off. This was the price for supplying my own materials, but if I hired them again I would have the cleaner bring their own preferred materials at £22/hour.

The company responded promptly to my initial enquiry, surveyed the job and gave me a competitive quotation. They arrived at the property at the time agreed and made an excellent job of cleaning the whole flat, including the oven and extractor.

Excellent service and good communication. Eva did a fantastic job. I’d definitely like to use them again going forward.
