  Thoroughly professional start to finish

  From start to finish, a thoroughly professional job. Oliver rang and quickly confirmed that someone would be able to come out to look at my elderly mother-in-law’s ailing boiler - she had neither heating nor hot water. Jack promptly attended and identified the fault. It’s an ancient boiler and several places he rang said that the part was obsolete. He had to travel a long way to a stockist who had what was needed. He returned and carried out the repair. He kept in touch with me throughout and was charming, friendly and helpful with my mother-in-law. Would not hesitate to recommend. .

  Toilet plumber- professional and efficient

  I highly recommend Maintracts. From my initial enquiry to getting the job done- their service was excellent. Harrison detected where my toilet leak was coming from- it wasn’t obvious at first (due to the complex setup and access) but he persevered and came up with other solutions to help me. He was professional, efficient, extremely tidy and friendly. Thanks Harrison!!

  Replacing Stopcock

  I enquired on a Sunday evening and was given a reply via Checkatrade that evening. I called in the morning as this company was local to us SW9 and a plumber was able to fit us in on Monday afternoon. He called on his way to us and was done within an hour. Overall I was delighted with the company’s response, advice on the telephone and the job itself. Many thanks

  Skilled engineer knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

  Company were fast to respond to my job and get me booked in the next day. Boiler needed a service however the boiler was reporting a fault. Unfortunately the main gas valve had been turned off unbeknown to me. They came out as our appointment calling in advance of the visit as advised. Knowledgeable engineer instated the valve tested and serviced the boiler. Shame I had to pay out for an emergency call out n the weekend but an excellent service provided and even sealed around the flue into the ceiling where it wasn’t carried out on the installation.
