    Oliver contacted me immediately and the job was done that afternoon. My tenants didn't have to wait for a lovely new tap and the situation was over quickly.

    Boiler Service & Investigation and repair of multiple underfloor heating issues

    Matthew solved all quite complex underfloor heating / smart thermostat and water pressure / pump issues in a professional, polite and timely manner. He comes very highly recommended. This was after a number years of having different engineers round from other companies that were not able to address these issues as they were too complex. Thank you Matthew.

    Underfloor heating not working

    I use Maintracts for boiler servicing, they have always worked well. On the coldest day of the year my underfloor heating was not working so I did a facetime with an engineer (Malcolm) who walked me through potential issues. Within 2 minutes the issue was identified and temporarily resolved until I change my pump which is faulty. Will be calling Maintracts to help with the replacement.

    Gas boiler installation, including new pump, control system, pipe work…

    I have known this company for 43 years, since 1981 when they first helped me fix a domestic boiler when I was very young and unknowledgeable After trying everything to try and repair my old system, which failed during the coldest days of the year, Maintracts quickly came up with a plan for replacement, started work immediately and prioritised my comfort and safety as much as possible during the 3 day process. I was informed of what was happening throughout. I’m never going to use anyone else.

    New boiler fitted, various additional plumbing works

    We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. He installed a new boiler, he suggested also to get Hive which we found very useful. We would recommend the company and Matthew in particular, to everyone.
