  Brilliant repair on wall/door!

  My son was stuck in the bathroom no way of getting him out, had to kick the door in what broke the door frame and took plaster from the wall, as-well as broke the door! Called David out he had a look the following day and come back the day after and repaired it! Could not be more grateful! Quick reliable and cost efficient! Will use David again!

  David come round and put a new roof on my conservatory, Top quality work and very tidy. had no hassle or drama got the job done in the time he said and is very polite. Will definitely use again for any future work! Thanks David. 👍

  Exterior painting, repointing & sealant work to door

  Dave & Shane were a pleasure to have working on the house. They were so respectful of my property &, most importantly, that of the neighbour in whose garden they needed to be for some of the works. They were friendly & amiable, carefully explaining every stage of the process, made frequent, helpful suggestions without ever being pushy & carried out all their work to a high standard, carefully tidying away & removing all rubbish each day. They went above & beyond; I would thoroughly recommend Maintenance Matters & am already looking forward to their return visit for further works.

  Garage conversion.

  I cannot fault their work. Nothing was too much trouble; always willing to help, advise and do whatever they could to make the project as painless as possible. The job was done to a very high spec and was done in a timely and orderly way. Carpentry to plastering to laying laminate floor and tiles, all done professionally. Very pleased and would recommend without hesitation.

  Fitting new letterbox

  Maintenance Matters went above and beyond to fit the new letterbox I had purchased as it did not initially fit,and needed altering.David was friendly and helpful, and preservered to fit it.
