I cannot fault their work. Nothing was too much trouble; always willing to help, advise and do whatever they could to make the project as painless as possible. The job was done to a very high spec and was done in a timely and orderly way. Carpentry to plastering to laying laminate floor and tiles, all done professionally. Very pleased and would recommend without hesitation.

He cancelled on me twice. Then said the satnav had led him to the wrong place and instead of calling me he left me a voice message sounding annoyed and said that 'The sat nav YOU gave me led me to the wrong place'. I had given him clear direction to my daughters property but he failed to follow them. I have put unacceptable for quality of work as there was no option to put that it hadn't been done.

Maintenance Matters went above and beyond to fit the new letterbox I had purchased as it did not initially fit,and needed altering.David was friendly and helpful, and preservered to fit it.

Fantastic work. Really happy! Thank you David and Shane will definitely use again in the future.

Once again a trader who come to the property and then provides no communication. No quote or even a message that they don’t want the job. Can’t trust a company who don’t communicate.

Dave and Shane did a great job in stopping water getting through our roof.
