I want to start this review by saying that it infuriates me when tradesmen act like their time is valuable but do not value their customers time. I had confirmed the day and rough time with Hitesh at least on 2 occasions and he cancelled at the last minute and that too when I got in touch with him first. If I had did that he still would have charged me. I called to rearrange, his phone went straight to voicemail, I text him and its been 24 hours and there's been no response.
