I want to start this review by saying that it infuriates me when tradesmen act like their time is valuable but do not value their customers time. I had confirmed the day and rough time with Hitesh at least on 2 occasions and he cancelled at the last minute and that too when I got in touch with him first. If I had did that he still would have charged me. I called to rearrange, his phone went straight to voicemail, I text him and its been 24 hours and there's been no response. I am without use of my oven and he's causing me inconvenience. Considering court action under fair terms of contract.

Hitesh diagnosed the issue with both appliances, ordered the parts and dealt with the supplier issues effectively. He was able to repair both appliances and did it all efficiently and politely. Highly recommended.
