    I needed help setting up my new computer, and the engineer from MagicITMiracles was amazing! He got everything up and running in no time, transferred all my files and made sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted. Super friendly, professional, and efficient – I couldn’t have asked for better service. If you need IT help, Seglan is definitely the person to call. Highly recommend!

    Fixing an internet issue

    Got the job done in 4 minutes but still charged £80, his hourly fee. Didn’t even need to travel far to get here since he was coming from a a job in the next neighbourhood. If he had any decency he would atleast have offered a concession due to the easy and quick job. Works for himself anyway so would have nobody to answer to for that. Took advantage of helping an elderly couple when they simply had one of the settings wrong on the PC which was all that needed readjusting. Will NOT be using again. Disgusting

The £80 charge was agreed upon prior to my visit and reflects not only the time spent on-site but also the years of experience and expertise required to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, as was the case here. I would like to clarify that the only interaction I had with the elderly couple was when I said goodbye upon leaving. I was greeted and dealt primarily with a younger individual. It is disappointing and unfair to misrepresent the situation in this way. While I understand that the quick resolution may have led the customer to feel dissatisfied with the cost, the speed of the job is a reflection of my expertise and ability to diagnose and fix issues efficiently. It is disheartening that my transparency and effective service have been viewed negatively. I value all feedback and remain open to discussing any further concerns.     Engineer called on time and fixed an issue with my computer driver and a problem with my browser. All done remotely and was very easy to set up and get connected. Would definitely recommend!
