Seglan came to my property and performed a Healthcheck on my PC. The speed and performance have been greatly improved. He also sorted out the connection with my printer which had been randomly playing up recently. Everything was carried out professionally and efficiently- very pleased with his work and tidiness - at a price that was cheaper than I found elsewhere.

This was a sole trader who is contracted by Amazon to set-up printers bought over the internet. It was a colour, print/copy/scan/fax, double-sided Xerox machine. He was a pleasant man who exuded experience & knowledge. He worked efficiently, left no mess, left me a contact number in case I need any help. It costs £58 (?) to have this so I was doubtful of the value. After about 15 minutes of him entering my house I was thanking the gods that I'd paid for him! Several times he had to resolve issues (he has never worked on a Xerox before) using his experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent workmanship on time good communications

I’ve been working with Magic IT Miracles for a while now, and the engineer has been brilliant every time. He’s friendly, responsive, and really knows his stuff. Whether it’s setting up new equipment or sorting out tricky technical issues, everything gets done quickly and properly. It’s made a big difference to how smoothly my equipment runs day to day. Couldn’t recommend him more. Genuine 5-star service!

Seglan was very polite and is evidently very knowledgeable in this line of work. He was able to come over and fix the problem promptly especially for a Sunday. His communication was on point and I would have no hesitation in using Seglan and his company again. Thank you
