  Leak in ceiling near skylight

  Mac came and looked at te problem. He then wnet away and worked out what needing doing. I was then quoted a price which was acceptable. He came on Saturday and job was done. A pleasure to do business with

  Mac was responsive and gave good advice on which product to buy. He was communicative on his arrival time, arrived when he said he would (ahead of schedule actually!) and was quick and efficient and super friendly! Job completed less than 24 hours after posting! Highly recommended!

  Great service apart from....

  Came to replace a leaking kitchen faucet, good communication for the most part and quoted via messages when photos had been sent. Well priced, decent jobs and it's holding up so far. Only concern is that it appears he used my son's hoody as a cloth to wipe, rather wet and with silicone on it, then left it in a corner, not great is it.

  Hi Jarrad, Thank you for your review and for the positive feedback about the communication and the work carried out – I really appreciate it. I’m genuinely sorry about the concern regarding the hoody. I want to reassure you that I didn’t use it as a cloth or for wiping. Unfortunately, it seems I accidentally stepped on it with a wet foot while working, and I completely understand how that might have looked. I apologise for any confusion caused.
