    He did a good job but he kept changing the day and time. On the other hand he was very good with the dog who wanted him to play with himm!

    Thanks for the feedback that’s my work was good! Just to clarify, the only reason I rescheduled was because the job I was on the customer added more work for me to do and I asked you that I would still come in the evening or the next day if you preferred, you choose next day so therefore I did communicate well with you. And I have to say, dogs are great judges of character. I’m glad he approved! 😊

    Needed a couple of plumbing jobs doing. Mac removed the bidet but didn't cap it off so it has been leaking ever since. He also repaired a leak under kitchen sink which is still leaking. Had to get another plumber to sort it all out.

    Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you feel this way, however there are some points in your review that are incorrect and need clarifying. I removed the bidet as requested. The water supplies were already boxed in from previous work, which I made you aware of at the time. I did not carry out any work on the kitchen sink; when you later asked if I could attend, I explained I wouldn’t be available until the following week due to a very busy schedule. I made time to complete the agreed work and was transparent about availability for any further work. I’m sorry this has been misunderstood.

    Replace toilet flush mechanism

    Highly recommend came same day at the time he said. Unfortunately after he left the new part that was fitted broke (manufacturer defect). He came back with another replacement and fitted. Great Service.

    needed a new flush valve and these gave me the cheapest quote and also kept in contact also messaged when I messaged. also on the day let me know if was going be late. my partner was at home but he said the guy was really friendly and really good. if need any other jobs I would recommend them.
