  We had an excellent experience with Clive. He arrived right on time, worked so nicely and organised. Besides the main work, he also carried out some work fixing our drainage. He is so friendly and did not need a prior visit to accept the job. I highly recommend him.

  Reliable and professional support

  Clive was super quick with responding to my request for support and I didn't need to repeat my explanation already written. He suggested a time with a quick timeframe (on a Saturday as well!) and was prompt in his correspondence. He turned up bang on time, put on shoe covers without me asking, did the job quickly with parts he had in his van and turned out outside tap on too. Tidied up after. Quick invoicing and turnaround. He was friendly and professional and very importantly, reliable! All on a Saturday morning. We won't hesitate to request his services if needed in future. Thanks Clive.

  Toilet cistern repair

  It was a small job from a plumber’s perspective so maybe not worth the trouble for many plumbers but it was a big inconvenience to me. Clive picked up the query, checked its urgency and arranged to come within a week. He turned up on time, fixed it within an hour using spares he had in his van and advised on a couple of other plumbing issues. Definitely someone I will use again. Highly recommended!

  To fix two new lever taps and repair faulty valve and tube on a washing machine

  This was the first time I'd used Mackie's Multi-Trade Plumbing. I called at about 14.30pm today and received a call back at 14.45. Clive said he could swing by later on and he did just that. Listened to my explanation of the issues and set about fixing things. 1 hour later and at a reasonable cost, he was done. Very impressed and a pleasant guy to deal with. I shall definitely strongly consider Clive for future plumbing jobs
