We had an excellent experience with Clive. He arrived right on time, worked so nicely and organised. Besides the main work, he also carried out some work fixing our drainage. He is so friendly and did not need a prior visit to accept the job. I highly recommend him.

Clive was super quick with responding to my request for support and I didn't need to repeat my explanation already written. He suggested a time with a quick timeframe (on a Saturday as well!) and was prompt in his correspondence. He turned up bang on time, put on shoe covers without me asking, did the job quickly with parts he had in his van and turned out outside tap on too. Tidied up after. Quick invoicing and turnaround.
