10 Diagnosing a broken fridge/freezer

Tom was very professional and personable - he communicated very promptly and clearly. He quickly discovered the problem with our fridge/freezer and gave us very helpful, honest advice about the pros and cons of paying for a repair Vs a full new replacement. He took the time to explain in detail what was faulty. He also recommended brands if we were to get a replacement. Cannot recommend Tom highly enough! He has just repaired our dishwasher and has previously fixed our washing machine a few years ago.
