  Excellent service at a reasonable price

  Cannot recommend Tom highly enough! He has just repaired our dishwasher and has previously fixed our washing machine a few years ago. Tom charges a fair price and kept me fully informed whilst waiting for the part to be delivered. Excellent service!!

  An honest and not overpriced excellent engineer!

  I called Tom re a broken washing machine on Thursday. He came out the same day and gave me his verdict on cost for a part v replacement machine. I was pleased it was a part needed that was not expensive. He came back today (Tuesday) with the part and was done in 45 minutes! Gave me some great follow up advice to get best from my machine. The best part is his charges are absolutely fantastic and will advise straight away what best option is! Definitely recommend!

  Fridge/Freezer Diagnosis

  Tom was absolutely brilliant. He was really accommodating about a date change and really knew his stuff. Whilst the outcome wasn't the one I'd have hoped for, he gave me loads of information and only charged a very reasonable Diagnosis fee for looking at my fridge. Really knowledgeable, personal and professional ‐ would recommend!

  Oven tripping my fuse board.

  Excellent service!! Tom was able to attend very quickly as my oven was causing the electrics to trip. He sorted a replacement part very quickly and resolved the issue. Highly recommend, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
