  Washing machine fault

  Tom did a brilliant job diagnosing why our washing machine kept showing an error message & failing to fill with water. He quickly sourced replacement parts & fitted them for us the following day. It was a pleasure dealing with him & a huge relief to be able to catch up on laundry!

  Tom was a great help at both responding quickly but also finding a time slot to work and then attending and solving the problem. He was friendly, solved the problem easily (amd didnt try and exaggerate it for a bigger invoice) and gave some great advice along the way. Definitely recommend

  Issue with NEFF built-in oven

  Tom replied almost immediately and came within a few days. He was courteous, checking the oven thoroughly and advising on action to take. Will be using him again for future appliance problems.
