I had a malfunctioning dishwasher, turned out to be a faulty drainage system. Tom arrived a few minutes early, was very friendly (giving good advice for the future) and solved the problem swiftly, and all for a reasonable cost!

Tom was very professional and personable - he communicated very promptly and clearly. He quickly discovered the problem with our fridge/freezer and gave us very helpful, honest advice about the pros and cons of paying for a repair Vs a full new replacement. He took the time to explain in detail what was faulty. He also recommended brands if we were to get a replacement. Tom went above and beyond, giving a lot of advice that wouldn't in any way benefit him. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Tom did a brilliant job repairing our dishwasher - he communicated well, arrived promptly and did the work to a high standard. I would definitely have him back for any other work.

Tom was awesome - diagnosed the fault, fixed it, tested it and i oaid his very reasonable call out fee and our fridge is fixed and fine thoroughly recommend Tom five stars 🌟

Cannot recommend Tom highly enough! He has just repaired our dishwasher and has previously fixed our washing machine a few years ago. Tom charges a fair price and kept me fully informed whilst waiting for the part to be delivered. Excellent service!!

Perfect service from Tom, who fixed my washer-dryer efficiently and cost-effectively. Extremely reliable and courteous. Can't recommend too highly.
