  Double story extension Oxfordshire.

  I appointed Rakesh to design a double storey extension to our family house in Banbury, Oxfordshire. A separate consultation was set up with a planning consultant given the new laws around biodiversity net gain. The team dealt with the application and was approved shortly thereafter. A recommended builder has been selected and the team are working on the build. Thank you so much!!!

  Rakesh was introduced to me through another Indian Chef in Manchester. He was quick to respond and went above the call of duty in sounding out options to design an extension to my house. Due to the age of the property a technical package of works had to be prepared in conjunction with a structural engineer. The process was quiet daunting for me but thanks to Rakesh and his team at hand matters were dealt with ease. Him and his team of builders are now at the build stage with a keen focus on detail. Rakesh has been recommended to my colleagues in the hospitality industry as he has proven.

  Garage conversion

  We had our garage converted to a utility area and kitchen. Rakesh was very quick to get back to us when we were searching for someone to do the conversion. Rakesh was easy to contact and quickly resolved any issues that occurred.

  Garage conversion

  Rakesh was very quick to respond to our request of converting our garage to a utility room and kitchen. He was very easy to contact and was more than happy to help with any queries we had throughout the project. His work was completed efficiently and we were able to rely on him to manage the project completely. This was our first big investment into our house and we had a great experience with M83 Associates.
