I appointed Rakesh to design a double storey extension to our family house in Banbury, Oxfordshire. A separate consultation was set up with a planning consultant given the new laws around biodiversity net gain. The team dealt with the application and was approved shortly thereafter. Rakesh was introduced to me through another Indian Chef in Manchester. He was quick to respond and went above the call of duty in sounding out options to design an extension to my house. Due to the age of the property a technical package of works had to be prepared in conjunction with a structural engineer. The process was quiet daunting for me but thanks to Rakesh and his team at hand matters were dealt with ease. Him and his team of builders are now at the build stage with a keen focus on detail.
