  Ugis of LV Building Services is a reliable, decent individual who works hard; what he doesn't do is spend time on his phone wasting time; he is smart and works things out quickly and doesn't shy away from difficult work. He is trustworthy and I will always look to him now to do work for me.

  Ugis and his team have done an excellent job building our extension, their attention to detail is second to none. We couldn’t be happier with the work that they did, I would have no problem recommending them to anyone

  New kitchen and utility

  We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and utility, the hard work that was put in to the complete rip out and rebuild really shows in the end product. Would have no problems recommending LV Building Services

  Two story extension

  We can not rate Ugis and his team too highly. They carried out the work in a clean, timely and courteous manner. Nothing was too much trouble. The quote was extremely competitive, and our final bill was hardly different against a backdrop of materials skyrocketing in price. We now have full building regulations approval and are delighted with our new bedroom, utility room, remodeled bathroom and porch.

  Converting an old stable into a home studio/office with bathroom

  I would like to thank Ugis for making the whole building process a positive one from start to finish. He did this from start to finish, firstly by listening to what we wanted, secondly by clearly communicating throughout the process and most importantly by his attention to detail and completing to a high standard. I can not recommend him highly enough.
