Ugis of LV Building Services is a reliable, decent individual who works hard; what he doesn't do is spend time on his phone wasting time; he is smart and works things out quickly and doesn't shy away from difficult work. He is trustworthy and I will always look to him now to do work for me.

We can not rate Ugis and his team too highly. They carried out the work in a clean, timely and courteous manner. Nothing was too much trouble. The quote was extremely competitive, and our final bill was hardly different against a backdrop of materials skyrocketing in price. We now have full building regulations approval and are delighted with our new bedroom, utility room, remodeled bathroom and porch.

Efficient and effective project, provided by personable and accomplished workers at a competitive price. The work was excellent. No hesitation in recommending this builder.
