    Very happy with the work of this company, laying a new vinyl floor in our kitchen. So good were they that we are considering them for two further jobs. The landing and stairs carpet and patching our dining room carpet.

    >>> BE WARNED <<< Did not honour their written quote and wasted my time 😠

    This company applied to quote me for a carpeting job and provided a written quote. I accepted the quote and had the old carpet removed in readiness for them to come and fit the carpet. When I went to their shop today to book the job, the boss told me the quote was not high enough and that he wanted to charge me an additional £350. He said the person who came to quote me was not a full-time member of staff & had stood in for him when he was on holiday. Regardless of this, it was their mistake and they should have had the integrity to honour the quote they gave me. I am really dissatisfied.
