    Professional, punctual, very clear communicator. Contacted suppliers directly and negotiated on my behalf to reduce the price of items. Had a tricky issue and Florian did not give up. He say the job through coming back on three occasions to sort it.

    Flori called a couple of minutes after I placed the enquiry and arranged to go to sort out boiler the next morning. He investigated and told me all costs up front. Went and got parts, fitted and sent videos. Invoice was also sent straight away. Very efficient I would highly recommend Luna Water 100% and will definitely use them again. Thank you so much
