Flori the gas engineer was quick to respond to my request to help look into a problem at my parents house with a clicking sound at the 3 port zone valve on our hot water system. Sent a few pics over on the Sunday and he popped around to fix it on the Monday and explained why a whole new box was needed, not just the faceplate. Easy to communicate via WhatsApp and ensured customer was happy before leaving. My elderly parents were really happy with the tidiness and efficiency of Flori. Well done, would highly recommend.
