Lucy was a joy to deal with. She was super efficient, personable, and professional. Her work was of a very high standard and she is clearly an expert in her field, advising on the best types of locks to secure my father's house. She insisted on vacuuming up afterwards, despite me being equally insistent that I'd do it! I have used Lucy a couple of times and always had fab service. Most recently I couldn't get into my house as the doorlock mechanism has broken. I called her and she attended in under an hour to let me in and then fit me into her schedule later that day to fix the door. I hugely appreciate the service I received. Job location: RH15Lucy was terrific. I called her today, she was in the area and was able to do the work immediately. She was very friendly, highly efficient, and worked very neatly throughout the job. She replaced two locks and door handles quickly and professionally, and her pricing was very reasonable.
