  Lucy was terrific. I called her today, she was in the area and was able to do the work immediately. She was very friendly, highly efficient, and worked very neatly throughout the job. She replaced two locks and door handles quickly and professionally, and her pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely use her again and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her.

  Lucy came and provided advice and help around a faulty door. She has made safe and advised in next steps which would not involve a Locksmith but was the right thing to do. There may not have been work to do this time but I will be be recommending and will use when a Locksmith is required in the future

  I called Lucy as I was having a problem with the front door lock not working. Lucy turned up the very next morning and within no time identified the issue and even adjusted elements of the door (which had dropped) and resolved that rapidly. Lucy gave us a temporary lock, ordered a new lock and came back to fix it within just a few days. I was very happy with Lucy’s service. She really knows her stuff, is very time efficient (she is a wizz with the drill) & I felt confident in her services (which is very important, given the trust element that is needed working with our front door lock).
