  Front door lock repaired

  I have used this company on two occasions and received a very professional and efficient standard of work. This recently involved repairing a front door lock, and a few years ago repairs to a back door mechanism. Lucy Locksmith will go out of her way to get the job with a helpful manner and without any fuss. For example, she fixed the front door lock a few hours after I called, and this involved her in going out of her way by liaising with the tenant to gain access (as I was not able to attend the property). Also, her prices are fair. I therefore highly recommend this company.

  Lucy was with me within 20 minutes of my call. She knew what the problem was and had it fixed in 10 minutes. She was an absolute delight. Her work was efficient and she was a great communicator. I’d wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

  Lucy was brilliant! Great communication from providing a quote (and guidance on best options) to arriving on the day and installation. She wasn’t the cheapest of the options I looked into, but her professionalism, knowledge and 5 star reviews was worth every penny. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

  Lucy was extremely helpful, going to great lengths to source keys for our existing windows, the keys for which had been missing for some time. All this was done in a friendly and professional manner and without charge. Lucy has also done some work for us in the past, fitting a new mortice lock for our front door. I can thoroughly recommend Lucy.
