I have used this company on two occasions and received a very professional and efficient standard of work. This recently involved repairing a front door lock, and a few years ago repairs to a back door mechanism. Lucy Locksmith will go out of her way to get the job with a helpful manner and without any fuss. For example, she fixed the front door lock a few hours after I called, and this involved her in going out of her way by liaising with the tenant to gain access (as I was not able to attend the property).
