Lucy was good in communicating during the quote phase. She then came and did a high quality and efficient job of replacing locks.

Lucy arrived on the day and time agreed and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part. Great service, would definitely use her again and would recommend her services to anyone.

I wanted 3 door locks changed when I moved into my new home and Lucy was excellent, great communication and the work carried out promptly and efficiently, I highly recommend her.

Lucy was great, she assessed the locks in-person before providing a quote and we planned the job the next few days. On the day, she was done very quickly despite one of the doors presenting a challenge as it had been put upside down among other things. She then explained the particularities of each door and how to open them adequately. All in all, really good service!

Arrived at time stated. Very pleasant and polite lady. Enough chat to confirm what was required and the cost involved. Obviously knew what she was doing as the job was completed quickly with no mess.
