Lucy repaired two locks for me today. She provides a very efficient service at a good price. I will contact her again if I need help with any other locks and will recommend her to friends and family.

I called Lucy as I was having a problem with the front door lock not working. Lucy turned up the very next morning and within no time identified the issue and even adjusted elements of the door (which had dropped) and resolved that rapidly. Lucy gave us a temporary lock, ordered a new lock and came back to fix it within just a few days. I was very happy with Lucy’s service. She really knows her stuff, is very time efficient (she is a wizz with the drill) & I felt confident in her services (which is very important, given the trust element that is needed working with our front door lock).
