Lucy came to my house within 1 hour after calling her, She was really nice and i have a functional door in a matter of time. Very friendly, helpful and efficient.

I have used this company on two occasions and received a very professional and efficient standard of work. This recently involved repairing a front door lock, and a few years ago repairs to a back door mechanism. Lucy Locksmith will go out of her way to get the job with a helpful manner and without any fuss. For example, she fixed the front door lock a few hours after I called, and this involved her in going out of her way by liaising with the tenant to gain access (as I was not able to attend the property). Also, her prices are fair. I therefore highly recommend this company.

Lucy was brilliant! Great communication from providing a quote (and guidance on best options) to arriving on the day and installation.
