Luke carried out a full service of my boiler on 22 January, and I was really impressed with the quality of his work. He arrived on time, was friendly and respectful throughout, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was happening. The service was thorough and efficient, and Luke’s attention to detail gave me real confidence in the condition of my heating system. He will also be sorting out a leak under the wash basin early next week, and based on this experience I have complete trust in his skills.
