Luke was absolutely brilliant and was so accommodating. I had a really difficult tenant and he had basically went back and saved the day after the gas had to be turned off for safety- despite a really aggressive tenant he managed to work everything out source the part and get everything switched back on and app and running plus do a gas safety certificate I highly recommend Luke as he went out of his way to help me

I arranged a gas safety inspection and had a very good experience throughout. Coordination was straightforward and communication was prompt. When a minor access issue arose on the day, they contacted me immediately and resolved it efficiently rather than letting it drift. The inspection itself was thorough. I received the full Gas Safety Record promptly, along with multiple supporting photos including flue gas analyser readings and appliance checks. That level of documentation gave me confidence.

Engineer punctual polite got on with the task diligently plus answered all my questions . Am a land lady so meet many trades this guy is exceptional . The property is not in my area hence I turned to check a trade and was delighted with the out come .
