  New Handrail on Staircase

  Luke was polite, friendly and prompt to quote. The materials were not delivered on time and so we had to reschedule our installation date, and even then the wrong materials arrived on site. The bannister and balustrade was installed fine, but the work felt unfinished as we had to fill and sand it ourselves, as well as prime the parts which were bought that day unprimed, despite paying for a primed handrail. I would still hire Luke again, but would have a frank conversation of what we expect from the finished product as we were expecting a handrail ready to paint, which is not what we got.

  Quality craftsmanship - new decking!

  Luke ripped out my old rotting decking and frame, then fitted a complete new frame and deck. So happy with the work done and would definitely recommend LS Carpentry! You can tell Luke takes pride in his work and his craftsmanship is spot on. I can’t fault him from initial quote to completing the job!

  All internal doors, as in 14 removed, and new doors fitted and oiled.
