Needed a stair tread replaced and Luke not only did the job within a few days it was done very professionally. He even put the carpet back for me. He was polite and tidy and would certainly recommend him.

Luke did a very professional job. He worked on site in conjunction with the Company that made the windows. They were finished to a high standard with bespoke batons and window sills due to the irregular shapes in old buildings. He kept disruption to a minimum for the clients. All in all a top job and would highly recommend him and use his services again.

Fantastic craftsmanship and excellent finish.

Luke was polite, friendly and prompt to quote. The materials were not delivered on time and so we had to reschedule our installation date, and even then the wrong materials arrived on site. The bannister and balustrade was installed fine, but the work felt unfinished as we had to fill and sand it ourselves, as well as prime the parts which were bought that day unprimed, despite paying for a primed handrail. I would still hire Luke again, but would have a frank conversation of what we expect from the finished product as we were expecting a handrail ready to paint, which is not what we got.
