2.67 Installation of an underground pump

Lee started the job Ok but didn't turn up on time as he had to make a couple of trips. He completed the job on 25/4/24. He had to seal the cable connecting the pump with mastic, I suspect he didn't cover the connection tightly. This could have caused leak and poor connection. I phoned Lee via website to come and fix the fault. He agreed to come but never turned up. we arrived at the end of the eta given,The pump which was supplied by the customer had become faulty, which means it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer to get this replaced. The external socket is water resistant and sealed
