I was very impressed with the service provided. Lee arrived promptly at the agreed time and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. He came fully prepared with all the necessary equipment and completed the work efficiently and to a high standard. The charges were very reasonable and transparent. I would not hesitate to use his services again for any future plumbing needs and am happy to recommend him to others.

Lee started the job Ok but didn't turn up on time as he had to make a couple of trips. He completed the job on 25/4/24. He had to seal the cable connecting the pump with mastic, I suspect he didn't cover the connection tightly. This could have caused leak and poor connection. I phoned Lee via website to come and fix the fault. He agreed to come but never turned up. I sent several text messages and an email urging him to come.

Prompt and professional, highly recommend.
