  Garden maintenance

  I am writing this on my brothers behalf - This company let him down 3 times with this morning being the third time with no call to explain why after promising he would visit and he would be the first call and would not do another no show. As a Checkatrade member myself I can not understand the lack of communication and courtesy he has shown my brother - all he wanted was a gardener to clear and maintain the area. I would certainly not recommend this company - very poor service.

  Jungle clearance

  Marc contacted me promptly to arrange a quote which was very reasonable. He came back a week later and turned my jungle back into a garden. He cleared up and removed all the garden waste, I'm very happy with the work. Marc is very friendly and helpful giving advice on ways to keep weeds at bay using everyday products that are pet friendly. I have asked him to come back every few weeks to keep the jungle tamed! He said to call a few days before and he will be back.

  Garden clearance

  Marc contacted me to arrange a visit to give a quote. I messaged him on the day to check he was still able to attend. He informed me that his van had broken down and was waiting for it to be fixed later that day and asked if we could rearrange. Despite my polite response and request to rearrange I never heard from him again. If he doesn’t want the work why bother to pretend he does.

  I am so so sorry for not contacting you. I know you said no further contact, but I thought I would spend the time as I feel guilty for letting you down. Yes, I should have been in touch and for that I am deeply sorry for the massive let down which is down to me. I have read the complaint you have made and totally understand why you would be annoyed and not happy with my services. After my van was fixed my wife was rushed into hospital and I just simply forgot to let you know and for that I do apologise.   Garden tidy up

  Marc, from Low Mow , provided an exceptional service, he was quick to respond to my request, and after coming to see the job was able to provide a competitive price. Work was undertaken promptly within a few days. I’m very satisfied with the work and have made future bookings to stay on top of my gardening requirements. Highly recommended.
