Marc contacted me to arrange a visit to give a quote. I messaged him on the day to check he was still able to attend. He informed me that his van had broken down and was waiting for it to be fixed later that day and asked if we could rearrange. Despite my polite response and request to rearrange I never heard from him again.
If he doesn’t want the work why bother to pretend he does.

I am so so sorry for not contacting you. I know you said no further contact, but I thought I would spend the time as I feel guilty for letting you down. Yes, I should have been in touch and for that I am deeply sorry for the massive let down which is down to me. I have read the complaint you have made and totally understand why you would be annoyed and not happy with my services. After my van was fixed my wife was rushed into hospital and I just simply forgot to let you know and for that I do apologise.
