Luke is very reliable; job was done pretty much on time despite a few curved balls popping up once the old bathrooms had been removed. Very little in the way of snagging and what snags there were got dealt with promptly and professionally. Recommend Luke without reservation - he is also a very nice, friendly guy to deal with which makes a big difference when you're doing something stressful like building/refurb work!
