  Replace flat roof and guttering with a new GRP fiberglass flat roof

  James found that my flat roof was letting water through the rubber into the boards below, which were thus water damaged. A good spot, as over the long term, this could have caused more damage. Replaced the flat roof with a GRP fiberglass flat roof and replaced guttering between my flat roof and conservatory. All work was carried out very efficiently and all appears to a high quality. Minor issue, on the first day, when the roof was stripped back, storm rain leaked through in to the house, through the tarp covers that had been placed to cover for the night.

  Damien was timely and methodically worked through a faulty recessed shower mixer, finding a filter was clogged and also replacing a thermostatic cartridge, which fixed the problem.

  An excellent job of paving the rear and front gardens with a mixture of materials. Any thing I wasn't happy with was changed/adjusted until I did. Only advice to others would be to ensure you create a very detailed specification for the quote to ensure that there are no unexpected costs later (because there weren't on the original quote).
