  Fridge Repair and Resulting Damage

  The fridge was initially working, but every one to two hours, it would trip the circuit. An electrician came to inspect it and removed the safety switch cover of the fridge. He identified that the compressor was faulty and needed to be replaced. Up to this point, everything was fine. However, when the electrician tried to put the safety switch cover back on, he struggled to fit it properly. Eventually, he managed to put it back and then plugged the fridge in. At that moment, I saw a large spark from the safety switch, and the fridge completely lost power.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Our washing machine stopped working and London Fusion Repairs came out the next day. The engineer was punctual, polite, and explained the issue clearly. The repair was done quickly and the price was fair with no hidden costs. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs.

  Super Quick Washing Machine Repair

  My washing machine broke and I booked via an aggregator page - London Fusion Repairs carried out the work. I selected a date on the next day and the technician showed up at 9AM next morning. Apparently from my error description they technician could already guess what might be broken as he already had the necessary replacement parts with him. It took him less than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem, fix it, and verify that the machine was operating normally again. All of that while being super friendly and really quick. This is as good as it gets, I am amazed.

  I provided them the make n model number despite that they showed up just to have a look and Ofcourse to get the call -out charges. After that they are giving me unreasonable timelines and making me wait. Rude customer service who point me to their t&c.
