    Do not use this company

    Completely ruined my washing machine, promised cash back if they couldn’t fix it then denied even though I had a text to prove it. Decided to change the thermostat, by doing that they ruined the motherboard and it was then deemed irreparable .. cost me a total of £700 in the end. Bunch of cowboys

    Dishwasher troubleshoot and fix

    I have just cancelled as I have been let down by them saying they had not received the address before the time specified but I know it was provided and that check a trade confirmed it had been supplied. I have now lost a whole day and the food will now be lost as I thought it would be resolved today.

    Great customer service. They were able to work around my schedule in terms of dates and timing as it was an emergency they were available to come out ASAP. They identified and dealt with the issue with my washing machine straight away and kept me up-to-date throughout very professional would highly recommend.
